Bikini Treatment Guidelines for IPL
Split the bikini treatment into the following sections:
(NB. gridding is to be done in WHITE PENCIL ONLY!)
Top section
• May include naval area
• Depends on finish client wants
Side sections
• Ligament line
• Underneath sections
• White pencil line about 1 inch from bed
• Turn handpiece into position
• Don’t treat inside labia – (mucous membrane skin)
Buttocks
• Turn client onto side
• Recovery position, leg raised
• Treatment area from 1 inch line backwards over buttock area
• Don’t treat inside anal area – (mucous membrane and may be pigmented)
Bum cleavage “Builder’s crack”
• Client lies on front
The number of shots needed depends on the level of extended bikini treatment the client wants and how hairy the client is. Treatment prices should be based on this and therefore given at consultation after assessing the area and gridding up to count how many shots are required. |
