Follow Up! After an event day, with lots of potential new clients having tried your treatments, don’t forget to check in with them! See how they are feeling and ask how their skin is doing. Emphasise once again the aftercare that they should be following to ensure their skin is the best it can be. If they haven’t booked in yet, tell them what you would advise for future care - acknowledge their skin concerns, tell them how many treatments you would recommend etc. Show that you care and set yourself apart from the competition, and they will come back. |
