If you currently provide IPL Hair Reduction treatments, you may be considering IPL Advanced.
What is it?
IPL Advanced (previously called IPL Medical Therapies) allows you to widen your treatment offerings to cover acne, photo-rejuvenation, and vascular lesions. Therefore, you can treat concerns such as pigmentation and rosacea in addition to hair removal.
Acne
SkinBase IPL for Acne is effective in a number of ways. IPL destroys the bacteria on the skin, which then prevents new spots from occurring. The light therapy also prevents the over-production of sebum, which in turn reduces inflammation. Collagen is also produced during the treatment. This causes skin to be plumped, reduces the appearance of scarring, and improves skin texture.
Photo-rejuvenation
IPL for Photo-rejuvenation treats sun damage concerns such as age spots and pigmentation. The treatment also minimises redness, fine lines, and wrinkles. Overall, the skin will look smoother and more even in appearance after a course of IPL Advanced.
Vascular Lesions
IPL for vascular lesions uses wavelengths of light to treat conditions such as thread veins and rosacea. Campbell de Morgan spots (also known as cherry angiomas) can also be removed. These treatments can all provide visible results in as little as two or three trearnents
Is it time for you to do your IPL Advanced training?
You can take on IPL Advanced after you have completed two full courses of IPL Hair Reduction treatments. On average, this takes between 6 and 8 months. Remember, the more treatments you do - the more profits you can make.
