1. Switch all other electrical items off - e.g. wax pots, smart speakers, electrical beds/blankets, ring lights etc. (may interfere with RF)
   
2. Connect plug directly into the wall socket - not an extention cable.
   
3. When the machine says ‘Network Unavailable’ please go back to the connection screen, reconnect your Wifi, Hotspot or 3G.  Please remember to wait for the chain link to go green before logging back in. 
   
4. Always make sure you have tried to connect to Wifi or 3G before calling the office. Instructions are in your training manual.
   
5. Always shut the machine down correctly, do not just turn the switch off on the machine. 
   
6. If there is a blue light, wait for it to turn off before you switch the machine back on. 
   
7. If no blue light - wait for at least 2 mins before switching back on.
   
8. Always use the black reels to wind the cables back in.
   

Treatment:

1. Remove all jewellery.
   
2. Make sure all wires are fully pulled out.
   
3. Always put the return plate in place with FULL skin contact.
   
4. Apply the conductive gel before applying the handpiece to the skin.
   
5. Do not touch your client, hold the wire with your spare hand.
   
6. Wires are not to come into contact with the machine.
   
7. Ensure the handpiece is in contact with the skin, before you start using the foot pedal.
   
8. To break contact, remove your foot from the foot pedal first before removing the wand from the skin.
   
9. Keep the handpiece moving at all times.
   
10. Change the polar type on the screen when you change your handpiece.
