Using Black Friday Promotions
If you are going to create an offer specially for Black Friday then we advise adding some terms and conditions. The end of November is the start of an insanely busy period for salons so why not make these deals for use in January/February? These are notoriously quiet periods for a lot of salons and so using these offers to fill up a quiet period is not a bad shout. However, if January and February are still pretty good for you then make the offer only for specific days or at specific times that you might struggle to fill normally. Remember you don't have to offer deals because everyone else is. Only if it works for your business.
