Activating an Override Code on the MD Machine

If your screen is stuck on 'Waiting For Network', we can provide you with an override code so you can continue with your treatment. Please provide us with the REF and RAN numbers from the screen on your machine. 

We will then provide you with a sequence of key taps for your machine. For each tap, tap the key, move it away from the unit and then back again for the next tap. When you have completed the first sequence for the override, pause for 5 seconds, then complete the second part of the override sequence. Your machine should then start running.
